is a life threatening condition.&lt;br /&gt;After been a sufferer of &lt;b&gt;sleep apnea&lt;/b&gt; for a number of years with out even knowing it existed.&lt;br /&gt;I decided to put my experience into a blog .&lt;br /&gt;My first encounter with this sleep apnea&amp;nbsp; was waking up during the night trying to catch my breathe&amp;nbsp; and it was a terrifying experience.&lt;br /&gt;Could not get any air for what seemed like ages and then&amp;nbsp; by drinking some water even though&amp;nbsp; I could not swallow cleared the obstruction and I was was able to draw a bit of air back in .&lt;br /&gt;My throat was killing me after this&amp;nbsp; episode and made it difficult to go back to sleep for fear of reprisals .&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Sleep apnea symptoms&lt;br /&gt;The problem with sleep apnea is that you dont get a good nights sleep as the body is monitoring your breathing and will wake you if your breathing gets bad and this happens to you a few times during the night so you never get into a deep resting sleep. &lt;br /&gt;If you can identify with this happening to you don't neglect it .&lt;br /&gt;Some other conditions with this are constant tiredness, depression, short temper, Anxiety attacks,hyper tension.&lt;br /&gt;There are basically 3 forms of sleep apnea you have &lt;b&gt;central Csa&lt;/b&gt;, &lt;b&gt;Obstructive Osa&lt;/b&gt; or a mixture two of the above.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;b&gt;Central Csa&lt;/b&gt; is when breathing stops like it sounds you just stop breathing.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;b&gt;Obstructive sleep apnea&lt;/b&gt; - this is when the muscles of the throat relax causing a blockage which can restrict breathing during sleeping.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Sometimes you can have a mixture of the two above symptoms with snoring as an indicator.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;div class="separator" style="clear: both;
